About the Moot Court Society
The Moot Court Society of Sri Krishna Jubilee Law College, Muzaffarpur, is an academic body comprising both faculty members and students, established with the objective of promoting practical legal education and advocacy skills. The Society functions under the guidance and supervision of experienced faculty members, with active participation from students, ensuring a structured and academically sound approach to mooting activities.
The Society provides a platform for students to apply theoretical legal knowledge to practical situations through simulated court proceedings. It regularly organizes moot court competitions, training sessions, workshops, and academic programmes aimed at developing skills in legal research, drafting, oral advocacy, and courtroom etiquette.
